WPJ Connector Series – Training Module
JST WPJ wire-to-board and wire-to-wire connector is a compact, high current, waterproof secure locking system. WPJ uses a rubber seal with a grade seven ingress protecting rating. There are three different keying patterns to prevent mis-insertion. Available in 2 and 3 circuits. The contacts can accommodate a wire range of 18 to 22 AWG. 5.00mm pitch.

JWPF Connector Series – Training Module
The JST JWPF connector series meets the need for a small form factor waterproof connector. The JWPF series has an IP67 waterproof rating per IEC 60529. The JWPF series is on a 2.0mm pitch (contact to contact) and 4.0mm row-to-row spacing for double row versions. The overall size when mated is just 30.2mm for the wire-to-wire series and 21.0m for the wire to PCB version. The connector series offers a flexible, manufacturing friendly and cost effective solution to those customers looking for a reliable small factor solution for a waterproof IP67 rated product. JWPF connector series is offered in both a wire to wire and wire to board configuration. Use of tin plated contacts rated to 3 amps provides a cost effective solution. The connectors come with all seals pre-assembled eliminating the need for additional handling on the manufacturing floor. The JWPF Contacts are ‘clean’ to eliminate damage through handling. The Contact locking feature is internal to housing thereby eliminating contact back out.

The JWPS connector series offers a flexible, manufacturing friendly and cost effective solution to those customers looking for a reliable small factor solution for a waterproof IP67 rated product. JWPS series is offered in both a wire to wire and wire to board configuration. The use of tin plated contacts rated to 6 amps provides a cost effective solution. The connectors come with all seals pre-assembled eliminating the need for additional handling on the manufacturing floor. Connectors offer keying and color coding. The JWPS Contacts are ‘clean’ to eliminate damage through handling, The contact locking feature is internal to housing thereby eliminating contact back out.

Many applications require design flexibility in a connector system that incorporate both wire-to-board and wire-to-wire connections without switching to a different connector series allowing the user to use the same application tooling. The JST PNI crimp style connector series offers this capability. The PNI connector series has a reliable contact construction ideal for vibration conditions. There is an optional, secondary retainers for secure and stable seating of contacts. Series has a secure, positive locking system. The PNI series is available in 2 to 10 circuits and accommodates wire sizes 28 to 22 AWG.

PSI Series - Datasheet
JST introduces the PSI Connector Series, a 4.0mm Pitch wire to board and wire to wire connector system. The PSI Connector series has a secure locking structure on the housing and low insertion force contacts, this system offers excellent operability. For wire to board, the single row 2, 3 and 4 circuit housings and through hole headers are keyed. This mechanical component consisting of notches on the housing and header, prevents mis-mating and misalignment. There are 3 different types of keying codes A, B & C and in 3 different colours; Blue, Yellow and Red. For wire to wire applications the components are available in 2 and 3 circuits with 2 keying options. The JST PSI connector series receptacle housing has a panel lock, thus making it suitable for panel mounting.
