Order Fulfillment - TLC Electronics offers flexible solutions to support your electronic component and subassembly needs. Traditional inventory management programs offered by TLC include Kan-Ban, In-House Stores, Bonded Inventory and Inventory Replenishment to provide just-in-time delivery of standard and custom products. TLC's proven inventory management programs assist you in meeting your specific order fulfillment requirements.

Repackaging - TLC Electronics allows you to procure smaller lot quantities through our repackaging services. Connectors, electromechanical products, and tape-on-reel (T/R) components can be provided in smaller quantities, when you need them, avoiding the high manufacturer minimums, freeing up your capital and helping to eliminate the need for inventory and additional warehouse space.

Heatshrink Processing - If your application requires heat shrink labels or tubing cut to a specific length, TLC Electronics is equipped to help. Our staff is prepared to process your heat shrink needs, with or without printed part numbers or other artwork, to your exact requirements.

Subassembly Services - In our efforts to be a full service supplier for your electromechanical assembly needs, TLC Electronics has invested in an extensive line of automated, semi-automated and manual tooling. TLC is equipped to process a very broad range of materials and terminate an array of interconnect products offered by JST, Conec, Bulgin, Regal, RIAConnect, AMP / Tyco, Molex, FCI Berg, Hirose, JAE, LEMO, Binder, Anderson Power, Packard and others.

Turn-Key Services - TLC Electronics offers turn-key box build solutions for those customers who decide to focus on their core competencies and prefer to out-source their assembly needs. TLC has successfully worked with many of our customers, from early design and prototype through production stages, on simple box build or more complex systems and assemblies.
